It’s quite a frustrating moment when you have no Sage 50 data files left in the hard drive, and you need to get your data file backed to your computer system. Actually, I haven’t experienced such conditions by now - thank God! I have multiple backup copy to deal with such frustrating conditions - however, I thought to browse some relevant details on the situation so that I could understand how to overcome the situation easily without any technical obstacles.

I stared from the official page www.sage.com/us/support and came to know what the users experienced when the issue takes place. Some of the widespread questions that I found are:

·        “I use a Sage 50-Canadian backup but I don’t know how to take my data files back to my PC.”

·        “How can I restore Sage data files from the earlier version?”

·        “How can I revert my Sage files to the earlier edition?”

And so on…

In addition to these common issues, there were some other common problems as well as asked by the users. It was really interesting for me as I had to know about several issues related to the backup and restoration process.

During the entire procedure, what made me confident about the actual resolution was users’ approval for the real time technical solution. Most of the users at community pages had expressed how they could manage to restore their Sage 50 data files back to the computer system.

After an in-depth exploration on the internet, I happened to know that Sage help from experienced technicians is somehow first choice for Sage users who experienced any technical issues with the accounting suite.

Although the users had had different views over the way how to contact the technicians, however I found the toll free Sage technical help phone number as the most suggested way of approaching technicians in a real time.

It is learnt that all types of technical issues with your Sage 50 accounting suite are all fixable using effective troubleshoot. Once you encounter any sorts of unknown symptoms while restoring your backup copy, you should never delay in contacting technicians in a real time. So, why to endure the issue! If you can have a direct access to the helpdesk.
